The Mckenzie Method

This method is a way of looking at and treating back pain that focuses on understanding how your back responds to different movements and positions. After a careful evaluation, your back pain is put into specific groups based on how it behaves. Then, you're given exercises that are personalized to your type of back pain to help reduce discomfort and improve how your back works. The goal is to not just treat the pain but to empower you to take an active role in your own recovery. You'll learn exercises and techniques that you can do on your own to manage and prevent future episodes of back pain.
